Anat Julintron
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Anat joined Bellisio Foods in 2021 as Vice Chairman of the board while he was serving as President of CPM (Charoen Pokphand Merchandising Com, Ltd wholly owned subsidiary of CPF PLC). In 2023, he was appointed CEO as well as maintaining his board position. Anat has extensive experience working with multinational companies including Unliver, Mars Incorporated, Pfizer, Cadbury PLC and Nestle, with increasing responsibilities in managerial and board roles. Anat graduated with a BBA – Marketing in Thailand and MBA in Alabama.
Mike Berg
SVP and Chief Financial Officer
Mike joined Bellisio Foods in 2007 as the Corporate Controller and later, VP of Finance. After a three-year project as CFO of a PE-backed food manufacturer resulting in a successful sale of the company, Mike returned to Bellisio Foods as CFO in 2022, and is accountable for all financial functions. Mike began his career at KPMG in Minneapolis, working with manufacturing and financial services clients and has worked at several other manufacturing and distribution companies. He has been integral in the company’s growth initiatives, seeing the company through two ownership changes and multiple acquisitions. Mike is a graduate of the University of North Dakota.
Paula Gleckler
SVP of Human Resources
Paula Gleckler joined the company in 1999 as the Human Resources Manager. Paula’s role evolved into Executive Director and later, into Vice President of Human Resources. In May 2022, Paula was promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for the U.S. and Canada. Paula has over 35 years of Human Resource experience from Rieter Automotive, the Mercantile Group, and American Steel Treating. Paula also has 25+ years in the food industry and extensive experience in strategic planning and change management. From the University of Toledo, Paula holds a BBA and SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources).
Aleen DeVore
SVP Head of North America Business to Business, Import/Export, Procurement, FSQ
Aleen DeVore joined Overhill Farms in Food Quality and Safety. Her dedication and expertise facilitated her growth within the company, leading her to take on roles as Plant Manager and eventually Vice President of Manufacturing. In 2010, Aleen's contributions were recognized with her promotion to Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality. In 2022, she assumed overall leadership responsibility for the North American business to business relationships, later adding Import/Export, Procurement and Food Quality and Safety. Throughout her extensive career, she has devoted all her efforts to the success of our company. Aleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Jeff Tuttle
SVP, Head of North America Brands Business
Jeff joined Bellisio Foods in 2006, as the SVP New Brands and Innovation. In 2022, he assumed overall leadership responsibility for the North America brands business, including Michelina’s, Authentic Asia, Boston Market, and several others. Jeff has extensive leadership experience with U.S. CPG companies large and small, including Miller Brewing Company, Gedney Pickle Company, and Advantage Sales & Marketing. Jeff holds a BA degree from Colorado College and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
Nien Duong
SVP of Operations
Nien Duong joined the company (Overhill Farms) in 2020, as Vice President of Operations and Engineering. In 2022, Nien was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Prior to joining the company, Nien held positions at Pepsico, Nelson Nutraceutical, Lee Kum Kee, and Fresh and Easy. Nien holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering, both from California State University of Long Beach.
Mike Evans
Senior Advisor
Mike joined Bellisio in 1993, as the Director of Manufacturing, and has been leading the Operations /Supply Chain Teams for Bellisio Foods. Since starting as the Director of Manufacturing, Mike has moved on to a Senior Advisor role in the Company. Mike has over 40 years in the food business including Campbells Soup, Jeno’s, Pillsbury, Green Giant, and Grand Metropolitan. Mike earned his undergraduate degree from Morehead State University with a BBA in International Business and his graduate degree from The University of Toledo with an MBA.
Natapong Kittipadungkul
SVP of Strategy
Natapong Kittipadungkul has been with CP Group since 2013 serving leadership positions in USA and Asia. He specializes in strategy and business development in the consumer sectors. At CP Natapong led successful execution of major corporate initiatives including listing of digital infrastructure fund and mergers and acquisitions. His extensive experience also includes international roles at L.E.K. Consulting (Thailand), Roland Berger (Singapore) and Barclaycard (London). Natapong earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Masters in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
R. Kevin Lyles
SVP of Sales
Kevin Lyles joined CP Foods in 2019 as Director of Sales (Overhill Farms). Since then, Kevin has led the Sales effort across the total US business and Canada, Branded Retail, Private Label, and Co-Manufacturing. Kevin brings over 40 years of Trade experience to Lead all Sales Teams. Kevin grew through his experience at ConAgra Foods and Bentonville Refrigerated Group, from team leader to National Account Manager to VP. Kevin is a graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.
Karen Schiefelbein
VP of Research and Development
Karen Schiefelbein, VP of Research and Development at Bellisio Foods since 2024, spearheads the CP Foods North America R&D team. She oversees product development for Bellisio Foods, Overhill Farms, and Frozen Specialties, Inc., covering both retail and B2B sectors. With a rich background in food science, Karen has honed her expertise at industry giants like The J.M. Smucker Co., General Mills, and Hormel Foods. Her academic credentials include advanced degrees in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and Purdue, complemented by executive MBA programs from Northwestern University and the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
